Me 43 pounds lighter! Yay! This program is awesome, people are seeing results immediately and they are learning how to change their relationship with food. I started on my own journey June 2011 and what a journey it has been. I want to share what I have received with everyone! Yoga is discontinued for the summer due to lack of interest.
Unfortunately due to lack of interest Spin Classes and Thursday night Yoga are canceled. We will continue Tuesday night Yoga for now unless attendance drops off.
